Transaction Report


We’ve added a new report to Insights → Reports → Tire Reports. The new Transaction Report identifies how many transactions of the selected type were done within the specified date range. This report can be output by number of tires or number of sets.

Analytics Widget - Customer Vehicles With Tires in Storage


We’ve added a new widget to Insights → Analytics → Customers. This widget will show the total number of customer vehicles with tires in storage. Click on the blue section to see all winter tires in storage or click on the yellow section to see all summer tires in storage. When viewing the list of customers and vehicle, you can easily see if the customer already has an appointment or should be contacted to schedule one. The list of customers can also be exported by clicking the Export to CSV icon.  

Manifest Recipients


Managing mobile manifest recipients is now easier than ever. We've added a new section is Admin → Company Profile → Manifest Recipients. Here users can now easily manage who should receive mobile manifests. Simply click the edit button and add or remove recipients.

We made improvements to other areas of the TSS web portal as well. Take a look at the other new improvements in this release:


TSS Mobile Pro – Update Tire Set

When updating tire information via the TSS Mobile Pro Android app, users now have now the ability to update the tire set with same tire information of the first tire that was scanned. Tap the Update Set button to apply tire information to the rest of the set. Everything except photos and notes will be copied. If you only want to update the one tire, tap the Update Tire button. 

  

Tire Audit – Clear All OK Warning

Now when users go to Tools → Tire Audit and click the Clear All OK button, a warning message will be displayed advising users that they may have Tire Audit Discrepancies. Discrepancies are tires that are logged in a storage location but were not scanned during the audit. Tire Audit Discrepancies can be viewed, exported, and resolved via the Discrepancies tab. Tire Information - TPMS Field

Users can now track if a tire has a tire pressure monitor sensor (TPMS) or not. We’ve also updated the TSS Mobile Pro app to include this new field. 


Tires Initially Stored Report - Added Warehouse to Dealer Filter

We've updated the Tires Initially Stored Report so user can now select the warehouse in the dealer filter. By default the warehouse will not be selected. 


Modification History

When editing users can now view a detailed modification history for new changes made to customer profile, vehicle, and appointment information. In addition to create dates, you can now see the previous value along with the new values. 


Appointment Cleanup History

We've now add reordered the display of appointment cleanup history records so users can see the most recently cleaned up records first. 


Delete Tire Photos

Admin users can now delete tire photos via the web portal. Simply navigate to the customer's profile page and click on the photo icon for the tire, then click the delete option. 


Speed and Performance

We've improved performance when navigating between the Appointments and Customers pages so these pages will load much faster. We've also improved load times of the Insights → Analytics → Customers page so the widgets will load faster as well.


Bug Fixes


  • Fixed the wording and added missing French translations to Transfer Tire Set modals. 
  • Fixed issue when Fleet/Internal is enabled, the Customer Properties section will now be displayed when adding a new customer. 
  • Fixed issue that was causing the pre-filled values (tire type, tire condition, rim type, and rim condition) to no longer copy below when edited. 
  • Fixed bug with required VIN where user could remove an existing VIN and save the vehicle. 
  • Fixed Storage Setup error message when required fields were not completed. 
  • Fixed issue with Insights → Analytics → Appointments → Past Due where users were not able to batch cancel appointments. 
  • Fixed issue with TSS Mobile Pro where in French language users were unable to view action buttons in User Preferences and Move Empty Cages screen.
  • Fixed issue with appointment modification history that was displaying the incorrect create user.
  • Fixed issue where associated RO number was not being displayed on the Tire Stock Report onscreen or exported report.
  • Fixed issue where transferred tire set would remain associated to previous vehicle.
  • Fixed issue where Onsite and Warehouse super users and admins were not being assigned tire audit permission. 
  • Fixed issue where transfer vehicle function was not working. 
  • Fixed issue with TSS Mobile Pro Android that was causing notes and photos not to save. 
  • Fixed issue with Tire Stock Report where incorrect storage date was displayed on the onscreen report.
