What's New

Extended Storage Report

You asked and we delivered! We’ve added a new report to Insights → Reports → Tire Reports. The new Extended Storage Report identifies unclaimed tires that have been in storage for an extended period. When executed, the report displays all tires that have been in storage longer than the specified cut-off date.

Read-Only User Role

We’ve added a new role for Onsite and Offsite dealers. Now Admins can assign a read-only role for users who only need visibility of appointments and customers in the web portal, but should not have any ability to modify information. Navigate to Admin → Manage Users and when adding a new user or editing an existing user the new read-only role will be available for assignment.

Mobile E-sign Manifests

We've added e-sign capability to the TSS Mobile Pro Android app. Now when delivering or picking up tires, warehouse users can generate a mobile manifest and record the receiver's signature. A manifest will be emailed to any contacts on the warehouse and dealer's Manifest Recipient list.

Please contact TSS Support if you would like to enable e-sign manifests for your warehouse.

Improvements

We've made improvements to other areas of the TSS web portal as well. Take a look at the new improvements in this release:

Speed and Performance Improvements

We've improved performance on the Appointments and Customers pages so these pages will load much faster. We've also improved tire label loading when printing from the tire set ••• menu. Lastly, we've improved processing speeds when delivering tires via the mobile app.

Additional Opcode Support

We've increased the amount of characters allowed in the Opcode fields in Admin → Settings → DMS Settings. Now there will be ample space for all your dealer's required opcodes.

Added Email Address Field to Schedule Appointment Modal

We've added the email address field to the Schedule Appointment modal so users can easily add a customer's email address to their profile.

Extended Storage Default Cut-off Date

Now users can set an extended storage default cut-off date via Admin → Settings → Portal Preferences. This default date will apply to the Customers Storing for an Extended Period quick filter on the Customers page as well as the new Extended Storage Report
