Appointment Cleanup

It's back and better than ever! Users can now cleanup old appointments and associated orders via the Cleanup menu option. A badge with the number of appointments to cleanup will appear beside the menu item. You can now click on appointment dates, customer info, and orders to view the associated information to better determine what to do. Warehouse and dealer admins can change the default appointment cleanup cutoff date via Admin → Settings → Portal Preferences


SLA Date Blocking

You asked and we delivered. Warehouses that have SLAs enabled can now block specific dates such as holiday closures outside of the standard service days the delivery/pickup are available. Just navigate to Transportation → Setup → Date Blocking and add a new blocked date. Need to add more than one date? Simply select all the dates you want to block and save. Your pickup and delivery dates will automatically recalculate the new transit dates with your blocked dates factored in.

Speed and Performance

We've made a number of speed and performance fixes that should greatly improve your user experience. Areas of focus included customer search results loading, report loading, generation of manifests, and more. We greatly appreciate all of our user's patience as we worked through these issues. 

Incomplete Sets Tool Filters

We've now added two filters to the Incomplete Set tool: a Storage Location filter that only displays final storage locations and Storage Type filter that only displays temporary locations such as Staging or Transit.

Tire Set History

You can now view the storage history for a specific set of tires. From the customer's profile page, click the Tire Set History expansion panel located below the tire details to view the storage history for that set.

Vehicle Transfer Logging

Your TSS portal will now display if the vehicle was transferred from a different customer profile. This will appear beside the vehicle information in brackets on the blue vehicle panel if there is no new appointment created and completed with the new owner of the vehicle. Once the new owner has had an appointment/order completed with the transferred vehicle, the transfer info will no longer appear. 

For warehouse users, vehicle transfers will now appear on your Delivery Manifest with the previous owner's name in brackets beside the new owner's name.

Add New Tire Set

We've made it easier for users to add a new tire set when one is needed. When a vehicle with only one tire set exists, clicking the +Add New Tire Set button will add a new set of the opposite season. If the vehicle has no tire sets, the add new set option will default to the the current season set to store.

Preview Projected Delivery/Pickup Dates

Now when offsite storage dealers schedule an appointment, as soon as the appointment date and time is selected or edited, the projected delivery and/or pickup date (calculated using the warehouse SLAs) will be displayed.

Delivery Manifest

We've added a new filter to the Delivery Manifest. When selected with the Appointment Date, the Tires Without Delivery Scan Only will include orders that have been picked, but not yet delivered and are either in a warehouse staging or transit location.

We've also made a change that specifies the Delivery Date and the Date Printed.

Batch Action Selections

Now when selecting records for a batch action, the records will only remain selected while the action is being performed. When the action has completed the records will become deselected when the action does not involve removing the record.

Tire Set Menu Options

Now when selecting the tire set ••• menu or batch actions menu, only option that are applicable to the tire set and vehicle will appear.

  • Fixed Tire Storage Agreement issue where no titles were displayed for additional tires (RRO, LRO, SP). 

  • Fixed issue where user was unable to revert order that had less/more than 4 tires. 
  • Fixed bug with Incomplete Set tool where tires already in a location were being listed with the tires that need to be put into storage. 
  • Fixed bug that was allowing users to cancel orders that were In-Progress. 
  • Fixed bug with Pickup and Delivery Report where not data was displayed from warehouse portal. 
  • Fixed bug with Tires Initially Store Report where tires that were put without an appointment were not considered as a valid previously recorded scan. 
  • Fixed bug where in French language portals user could not view DMS upload log record details.
  • Fixed bug where user was unable to MOVE tires to a new location via the ••• tire set menu "Move to Location" option.
  • Fixed bug in appointment record ••• menu where the "Print Labels" and "Print Agreement" options were no longer visible. 
  • Fixed issue that was not allowing Offsite Admin role to delete a vehicle.
  • Fixed bug that was causing the tire set history to not transfer to the new owner's profile. 
  • Fixed bug where in French language portals where user was not able to generate manifests. 
  • Fixed bug with Tires Initially Stored Report where the "Only show tires from sets not previously counted" filter is not being applied. 
  • Fixed issue where appointment search by full name would not return results. 
  • Fixed bug where users were unable to click the Cleanup main menu option when menu was collapsed. 
  • Fixed issue that was causing Tire Stock Report and Storage Analytics widget capacity discrepancy. 
  • Fixed error message that is displayed when user is attempting to schedule and appointment for a partially stored set of tires. 
  • Fixed bug that was causing the Rush flag to be applied to all appointments by default.

  • Fixed issue with "Move Tires to Location" modal where the location fields were not large enough to display the full location description when selected.
  • Fixed issue that was causing appointment information to not be included on tires labels when printed from tire set ••• menu.
  • Fixed bug where cancelling the PUT order for a Swap appointment when the PICK order is Completed would fail.
  • Fixed bug that was causing appointment cleanup badge number and cleanup page total discrepancy.  
  • Fixed inactive user menu option so only "Reactivate" option appears.  
  • Fixed issue with delete storage location, aisle, bin options where no cancel option was available.
  • Fixed bug in French language where schedule appointment modal selects the wrong time when scheduling an appointment.
