Customer Advanced Search

You asked and we delivered. Users can now use advanced search criteria such as vehicle year, make, model and tire brand, model, and size to search for customers. Just navigate to the Customers page and click the Advanced Search option. 


System Status Page

Now users can view the TSS System Status page where you can get updates on how all TSS systems are performing. The System Status page link can be found on the Login and Support pages. 


Improvements


We've made improvements to other areas of the TSS web portal as well. Take a look at the other new improvements in this release:

Season Tire Type

To prevent the incorrect tire type to be assigned to a season, we've now limited the tire type options for each season. If Summer season is selected, only Summer and All-Season tire types are available for selection. If Winter season is selected, only Winter and All-Season tire types are available for selection.

Incomplete Sets Delete Tires Option

We've now added the ability for users to delete tires from a set that is attached to an open appointment. Navigate to Tools → Incomplete Sets and you'll see any sets that are incomplete. If the set is attached to an open PUT order or no orders, you'll now see an option in the ••• menu for the record to Delete Tires on Vehicle. If there is an Open PUT order, this function will delete the extra tire(s) and complete the order.

Add/Remove Orders for Not Released Appointments

Users on manual release can now add or remove orders from an appointment in Not Released status. Click on the appointment record ••• menu and select the Edit Appointment option. Click on the icon to remove an order or click on the icon to add an order.

Deleted Customers, Vehicles, Tire Sets

Now when a customer, vehicle, or tire set is deleted the information is retained for visibility but will not be clickable.


Bug Fixes


  • Fixed issue that was causing the Incomplete Sets and Multiple Bin pages to load slowly. 
  • Fixed bug with PUT orders where the Unload scan was bypassed that was causing the order to not complete. 
  • Fixed issue that was causing the customers appointment history records to  be sorted by oldest to newest. 
  • Fixed issue with the Delivery Manifest so cancelled appointments will no longer be included. 
  • Fixed issue on the login page that was causing the Forgot Password link not to work.
  • Fixed bug with the Tire Stock Report that was causing the report to be slow to load when filtering by certain locations. 
  • Fixed bug that was causing tires to get stuck in a HU if the PICK order was reverted from the storage activity modal.
  • Fixed issue with overflow dealers with auto-install after PICK where tire would get stuck in staging.
  • Fixed timeout issue when exporting Tire Audit.
  • Fixed issue where a comma in the customer's name was affecting the "Update Tire Details" data loading on mobile app.
  • Fixed various filter issues.
