1.    On the Appointment page click the +Add New button.

2.    Search for the customer name, VIN, etc and then select the appropriate customer/vehicle from the results.

3.    Select the date and time for the retrieval/customer pickup.

4.    If the customer has tires in storage they will appear in the Retrieve for Installation column.

5.    De-select the set in the Move Into Storage column by clicking on the button.

6.    Click the Save button to schedule the retrieval/pickup appointment.
