Via the Extended Storage Report

  1. Navigate to Insights → Reports → Extended Storage Report
  2. Click the Filter button to select a cut-off date, then click Apply
    • This date is is used as the cut-off so tires that have been in storage longer than the selected date are displayed.
  3. Click on the Export to CSV icon (square with arrow sticking out) above the list of records on the right to export the list. 


How to Remove a Customer From Extended Storage

Users have the option to either remove the tires from storage or to re-store the tire set.


Move the Tires to Vehicle (Customer No Longer Storing Tires)

  1. In Extended Storage Report, click on the customer name or VIN to open the customer's profile in a new tab. 
  2. Click on the ••• menu for the set that needs to be removed from storage. 
  3. Select the Move to Vehicle option, then click Confirm


Re-store the Tire Set (Update Storage Date to Current Date)

  1. In the Extended Storage Report, click on the customer name or VIN to open the customer's profile in a new tab. 
  2. Click on the ••• menu for the set that needs to be re-stored. 
  3. Select the Re-Store Set option, then click Confirm.

PLEASE NOTE: For billing purposes, re-storing the tire set will make the set appear as new storage on the Tires Initially Stored Report.
