Revert Orders

We've now added revert order options to appointment record menus for Warehouse SAdmin and Onsite SAdmin users. When an order is In-Progress, simply click the ••• menu on an appointment record and select the desired Revet PICK or PUT Order option. This will allow admin users to easily revert PICK or PUT orders to the original open status and location.

You'll be happy to know that we pushed all sorts of bug fixes this season. Take a look at the other new improvements in this latest release:

Speed and Performance

We've made several speed and performance fixes that should greatly improve your user experience. Areas of focus included login timeout issues, customer page loading, appointment loading, and more. We greatly appreciate all of our user's patience as we worked through these issues.

Order History

You can now view the storage activity history of a specific order. Simply click on the location icon for a PICK or PUT order and click the Order History expansion panel at the bottom of the window to view the storage activity of that order. 

Appointment Tire Set Info

We've now added the functionality to not only edit the tire set but to display the current location of each tire on hover.

Delivery Manifest

Due to popular request we've now added the ability for users to include the storage bin location on the Delivery Manifest.

Worn Tire and Rim Report

The customer's VIN, Tire Size, and Tire Position are now included in the both the executed and exported version of the report.

Optional VIN

We've now made it optional to require the VIN when creating a vehicle. Please contact TSS Support if you would like this enabled for your dealer. 

Tire Stock Report Barcode ID

Now when hovering over a record on the executed Tire Stock Report the tire's unique barcode ID will be displayed.

Analytics Past Due Appointments Widget 

Now when viewing list of Past Due appointments via Analytics Appointments users can batch cancel appointments. 

User List 

We've now added toggle to hide inactive users from the list of users. To include Inactive users simply toggle the "Show Inactive Users" switch on.

  • Fixed issue where portals were not adhering to disabled appointment backdating setting.
  • Fixed Storage Setup bug where page did not refresh after deleting a bin location. 
  • Fixed issue where DMS Upload menu options were not visible to CDK manual dealers. 
  • Fixed bug with bulk create bins where the Type Code was being used as the first field in the pattern when the
  • Unique Code should have been used.
  • Fixed bug when adding a single bin where the Unique Code and Aisle Code were not adhered to.
  • Fixed error message displayed when user was attempting to create a new customer with only first name field was completed: "Last Name required if DMS # is not supplied"
  • Fixed bug in Incomplete Set tool where users could not move tires to vehicle. 
  • Fixed bug in customer profile tire set menu where user could not move tires to vehicle.
  • Fixed bug in Open Orders where the filter "Show Incomplete Orders Only" was not working. 
  • Fixed bug in Storage Setup where user was unable to duplicate a location or aisle with a Unique Code. 
  • Fixed bug in Analytics widget for "Today's Appointments" that throwing an error when attempting to view records.
  • Fixed bug in Pickup Manifest when run with the actual pickup date or actual put date returned customers with open appointments for which the pickup transaction had not yet been done.
  • Fixed issue where dealer phone and email were being generated from the Primary Contact, not Company Info.
  • Fixed layout of Tire Storage Agreement where all 4 tires were not displayed on the same page if photos were included. 
  • Fixed bug where manually created appointment was not adhering to the Winter Season Start Date. 
  • Fixed issue that caused only tire position was deleted when attempting to delete tire in storage. 
  • Fixed bug that was causing the 'Forgot Password" link on the login page to not work. 
  • Fixed bug where dealer login dropdown list was not scrollable and some dealers were not listed. 
  • Fixed issue causing Tire Audit Discrepancies to be slow to load. 
  • Fixed bug where when filtering by customer quick reports only one record would load. 
  • Fixed bug in Storage Setup that was pre-filling the unique code and delimiter when a new storage type was created.

  • Fixed bug where in French language when editing the Primary Contact, the Secondary Contact modal was being displayed.

  • Fixed bug causing DMS Upload to only creating retrieval order and not create PUT order when Summer season tire type was set to All-Season.

  • Fixed bug that was causing user to not be able to manually process Tire Audit records with Active PUT warning. 
  • Fixed issue with screen resolution that was causing certain page elements to not be clickable. 
  • Fixed bug with Tire Stock Report that was causing All Season tires to not be displayed on executed report. 
  • Fixed bug with Tire Stock Report where export was ignoring "Include Open Appts" filter. 
  • Fixed bug where search does not return results when addition of extra spaces were included before or after the inputted search criteria.
