Onsite with overflow dealers can store tires in their onsite storage facility as well as a linked offsite warehouse. In most overflow setups, once onsite storage capacities have been hit, PUT orders (tires to store) will automatically be redirected to the offsite warehouse. In other setups, all onsite storage capacities are set to zero and PUT orders will automatically overflow to the offsite warehouse and dealers can redirect those orders to their onsite storage warehouse. On the mobile app, only orders directed to the warehouse the user is logged into will appear in the Tires to Move Into Storage tile.
PLEASE NOTE: Only PUT orders can be redirected to a different warehouse.
- Navigate to the Storage Activity page to view your list of orders.
- Click on the ••• menu for the PUT order you want to redirect and select the Swap Warehouse option
- A pop up window will appear with the other available warehouse to redirect the PUT order. Click the Confirm button to redirect the order to the selected warehouse.
- Confirm the operation and wait for the Swap Success message that indicates the order has been redirected successfully.
