1. Log into your TSS Portal and navigate to Insights → Analytics
  2. In the Appointments tab you will see a widget for Past Due appointments.
  3. Click on the Not Released, In-Progress, or Open section to view a list appointments in the selected status.
    • If there are more than 15 appointments of the selected status they will be listed on multiple pages.
  4. You can select appointments from the list and use the Batch Actions button to Print Tire Labels or Agreements for tires going into storage, or Cancel Appointments.
