Users can transfer a vehicle and its associated tire sets from one customer to another.

1.    If a customer profile does not exist for the new owner of the vehicle Create a New Customer

2.    Navigate to the Customers page search for the customer name or VIN to find the existing owner of the vehicle.

  1.   Click on the customers record to view their profile.

3.    Click the vehicle's ••• menu and select the Transfer option.

4.    The Transfer Vehicle popup will appear.

  1. In the "To" search field, begin entering the name or DMS customer number of the customer to which you want to transfer the vehicle.
  2. When the customer's name appears below, select it. 

5.    Once the new customer is selected their information will populate in the "To" fields.  

  1. Click Transfer to complete the transfer of the vehicle to the new customer.
