As part of our continuous effort to provide you with the best possible service, Tire Storage Solutions are pleased to announce the launch of our new TSS Customer Support Portal.


Expanding on the capabilities of our current system, the new support portal will improve the service we offer to our clients by increasing access to information and providing better support tools.


From Wednesday, November 27th, 2019 onward, when you click theSupport link on the TSS Portal, you will be taken to the new support portal. Our normal support channels will not change - you can still call us and email us anytime. 


To get access to our support portal, please email support@tirestoragesolutions.ca and request a support portal activation email


TSS users will have access to an extensive searchable knowledge base to enhance self-support. Knowledge base articles include: frequently asked questions, step-by-step processes, video tutorials, and more. You will also be able to view release notes, announcements, and hardware/supplies available for ordering.


Users who contact us for support via support@tirestoragesolutions.ca or by creating a new support ticket will now receive a confirmation email with an assigned ticket for reference and will be notified when a ticket is resolved and closed. Users can also provide us with valuable support satisfaction feedback.
