Step 1: Setup & Installation of Ink Ribbons & Labels

1. Follow the step-by-step instructions that are inside the printer to install the ink ribbon that was included in your order.
2. Setup the external roll mount that was included in order to feed the labels through the back of the printer as the labels don't fit inside the printer. Please see attached photo of what my printer looks like in order to get a better understanding of feeding the label through the back of the printer.

Step 2: Download the Driver for the Gainscha Printer

1. Please download the driver for the printer via the link below and follow the instructions via the software. Keep in mind that the software will be flashing on the bottom bar of your laptop and will ask for permission to open. Please accept this and continue with the instructions.

Step 3: Download the "Printer Utility" Software (Only if you're trying to network the printer via Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet) - IT Team Recommended!

1. Download this software if you're trying to network the printer through Wi-Fi or Ethernet. If you're trying to hardwire the printer via USB, this software wont be needed!
